Reach & Wash
Our water-fed pole reach and wash system cleans windows and frames up to 80ft without the use of ladders. It consists of a five stage water treatment system purifying the water on site and then being pumped out through carbon fibre poles to deliver 100% de-ionised pure water to the surfaces to be cleaned.
In this purified state the water absolves dirt deposits, chemicals and minerals as it strives to return to its natural state. On the final rinse it dries to a perfect finish with no sticky residues, leaving your windows and frames squeaky clean.
High Level Cleaning
We provide truck mount and various specialist platforms to access high level areas. These machines are operated by our fully trained staff who make sure every working at heights regulation is carried out.
Roof Cleaning
Our experienced operatives can provide a roof cleaning service which will remove algae, mould & mildew, lichen and moss from roof areas. With the use of our tracked spider lift and operators we can access the roof without walking on tiles thus avoiding unnecessary damage. A low pressure hot steam jet is used, positioned above roof tiles to avoid any unwanted water ingress. after the clean is completed we can also provide a treatment, this is applied to the roof area to prolong results and enhance the clean.
A soft wash service is also available if required.
Ladder Free Gutter Cleaning
Vision use the latest high level ladder free gutter cleaning systems to achieve the highest standards in gutter cleaning. Our system safely cleans up to four storey buildings with ease and without the use of ladders.
Our carbon fibre poles with onboard camera system access the gutters displaying images of areas to be cleaned on a monitor mounted at the base of the pole.
We have a choice of jet-washing the gutters and downpipes or if preferred vacuuming debris from the gutters.
Cherry Picker Services/Cherry Picker Hire
We have now added a Multitel MZ250 to our fleet. This piece of equipment has enabled us to work at height whilst being securely harnessed to the anchor point in the basket of the machine. The reach height of this truck mount MEWP (Mobile elevating work platform) is 25.1m, and horizontal reach is 14.35m and it has extra benefit of a jib to lower to those awkward drops.

Full Building Washdowns
Buildings are washed down using chemicals and jet system. This can sometimes be achieved with high reach carbon fibre poles but sometimes access equipment is used. We provide required equipment and fully trained drivers to accomplish these tasks.
Jet Washing
Our vans are fully equipped to provide jet-wash services even where no water supply or power is available. We can remove the most stubborn marks using our powerful jet system leaving paved areas looking almost as good as new.
Graffiti Removal
Nothing looks worse than a surface defaced by unsightly graffiti. We are able to attend site and remove this using various methods dependant on surface and paint used.
